Conservation and Use
Data is kept only for the time necessary for these purposes. If we use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, after obtaining your permission, you maintain the right to object to receiving promotional messages from us in the future, free of charge and without any justification. The NRT strives to make the files on its website virus-free, however NRT is unable to guarantee their complete safety. The NRT denies all responsibility, except in the evnet of gross or intentional negligence on his part, for damage caused as a result of the use of the website, including downloading files from this site.
Anyone contributing to the NRT by writing and submitting an article or a review, by the act of so submitting, gives his/her permission to the NRT to publish its content in the printed NRT and on the NRT website.
Prior Content from Printed Review
The NRT website has been designed with the aim of disseminating and promoting articles and reviews contained therein, of which abstracts only are made available, in order to promote theological reflection.
Any person, being the author of one or more of these items prepared prior to the launch of this website, who does not wish his/her articles to be published on the website, may request, at any time and upon proof of identity, the withdrawal of the texts he/she has written. The NRT undertakes to proceed to the removal of such content within a reasonable period after receipt of said request.
Generally speaking, except for the content mentioned in the preceding paragraph, intellectual property rights in the website and in its components remain the exclusive property of the NRT.
Any copy, adaptation, translation, arrangement, communication to the public, rental or other use, modification of all or part of this website in any form or by any means whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the NRT.
The names, logos and other symbols used in this website, including the NRT logo and name are legally protected trademarks and/or business names. Any use of these or similar names, logos and other symbols is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the owner.
