The present article presents and analyses, from a catholic viewpoint, the document elaborated by the «Groupe des Dombes»: Mary in God's Plan and the Communion of the Saints. It mainly deals with the question of the «cooperation» of Mary in the mystery of salvation. It attempts to define the «substantial agreement» reached on this point by both protestants and catholics and greets the significant breakthrough achieved by the document. The A. formulates two reservations: the document has not taken into consideration a fundamental element of catholic doctrine: Mary has received salvation in the name of the whole of humanity; the use which it has been made of the principle of the «hierarchy of truths» is questionable.
