There is much talk nowadays of an inter-religious dialogue that focuses on spiritual experience. It raises many questions and opens new horizons. Although it finds its roots in the Church's tradition of hospitality, such an approach, in its explicit presentation, breaks new round. It requires a great deal of discernment, prudence, humility… and trust. This kind of dialogue may be considered as the keystone of all inter-religious dialogues. In its practice (which considers spiritual experience as a locus theologicus) we discover a new link between theology and spirituality.
