Guy Vandevelde-DaillièreEchoing the doctrinal reminders manifested in the Declaration Dominus Iesus, and with the help of the theological tools it provides, the A. focuses on what in at stake in the assumption which the theology of religions makes of the great classic themes: the supernatural, the constitution of Christ, ecclesial mediations of salvation, etc. He then turns to a revaluation of the history of salvation, in a theodramatic sens in which the Church becomes once again a sign raised up among the nations: the challenge would then no longer concern a dialogue which deals with faith and beliefs but would rather involve the naturel knowledge of God and the social teaching of the Church.
